How do I create an account?
WalletCrow is launching soon. Join the waitlist at walletcrow.com/waitlist and we'll let you know as soon as accounts are available!
How do I log my first transaction?
Click the "+" button on your dashboard or use the "Log Sale" button. Enter the amount, select whether it's income or expense, add a category, and save. That's it.
Can I edit or delete a transaction?
Yes. Find the transaction in your transaction log, click on it, and you'll see options to edit or delete. Changes update your dashboard and AI insights immediately.
How do I ask the AI a question?
Go to the AI Chat section and type your question in plain English. For example: "Am I profitable this month?" or "What's my biggest expense?"
Does WalletCrow work on mobile?
Yes. WalletCrow works in any browser on any device. Open app.walletcrow.com on your phone and log in. All your data syncs automatically.
How do I reset my password?
On the login page, click "Forgot password." We'll send a reset link to your email. If you don't see it, check your spam folder.
Is my data backed up?
Yes. All data is stored securely in the cloud with automatic backups. You can also export your data anytime from the Settings page.
How do I contact support?
