WalletCrow provides a financial operations platform that allows users to track income, expenses, sales, and cash flow. The platform includes AI-powered insights and reporting features.

You must create an account to use WalletCrow. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use WalletCrow only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You may not use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

5. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all financial data you enter into WalletCrow. We will never sell your data or use it for purposes other than providing and improving the service.

6. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We will notify you of scheduled maintenance via email or in-app notification.

7. Limitation of Liability

WalletCrow is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service.

8. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts for violation of these terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
